So once again, we have a wonderful opportunity to travel and could not pass this up! Chris's groom man Rob is living in Germany, and that is how our trip got started. Traveling has always been something we really enjoy. Like many things in our lives, we tend to think big when we have opportunities, so our trip will be 3 weeks and six countries. Our first flight leaves out on April 17th and we will return to Indy on May 8th. The plan is to travel to Germany, London, Paris, Southern France, Italy, Greece and back to Germany.
The last time we took a three week trip was our honeymoon to Australia and Fiji. It is definitely scarier leaving for this long because we are adults now with lots of responsibilities. This is probably our last big trip for a long time. Hopefully Maggie and Riley will be OK, and my parents can survive three dogs. I am very fortunate to have wonderful co-workers and a boss who are covering my unit for me! I have the best job and co-workers ever!
This blog is something new we are trying, our goal is to post pictures and stories of our journey through Europe. Our next goal is to continue this when we return home, so we can continue telling our crazy journeys through life together.
